7. Returns & Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued using the original payment method, within a reasonable processing time.

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, unless the product is exempt by law (e.g., hygiene-related items once opened).
